Return & Refund
While we hope you’ll be happy with Ceramics Life items, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know. This policy applies to everything you buy from us.
How Do I Make A Return?
If you wish to return an item, it's not a problem. You may return most items in a new and unused condition. Items should be returned in the original packaging, if labels and tags have been removed we may be unable to process a refund. If you want to exchange or return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service. To ensure a quick and smooth return process, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact us via our Return Center or email info@ceramicslife.co.uk within 14 days of your delivery to let us know you would like to return or exchange as well as why you would like to do so. If your return is accepted, we’ll book a collection or send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Make sure you package your order the same way it was received and in the original boxes, we do not provide additional boxes. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way.
3. Your items will be collected by the courier or you drop off the boxes yourself, we will then confirm once this is received on our end and the refund or exchange will be processed.
4. If you want to return items by yourself, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form or email (info@ceramicslife.co.uk), we'll let you know how and where to send your package. Furthermore, you must include the relevant returns paperwork otherwise We will not be able to track and process it.
5. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Exchanges
If an exchange is chosen, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What Does A Return Cost?
Most returns collected by Ceramics Life from your home are charged at £5.99 per collection. Collections in Northern Ireland are £5.99. This charge is applied per collection even if you return multiple orders via one courier collection. If you paid for the order by credit/debit card, Paypal or Apple Pay, any charges will be deducted from your refund.
Refund
We’ll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product.
By credit or debit card - Your money will go back onto the same card.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
By Bank Transfer – All bank transfer refunds will go back into the same bank account.
