Please provide your contact number when placing your order so the courier can reach you regarding your delivery. Depending on the size of your order, we may use various couriers.
While we aim for within 5 days delivery, we do not guarantee it and are not responsible for any delays caused by our courier service. Once the order is created, it may take up to the 2 days for us to process it. Typically, goods will be received within 3 working days, but on occasion, delivery may take up to 5 working days. Please contact us only if you have not received your goods after this period.
Next-Day Delivery:
We offer next-day delivery service for most products in our store, but you will need to pay an additional fee of £5.99 for each order. To confirm if a product is eligible for next-day delivery, please refer to the delivery information on its page. Please note that next-day delivery is available only for orders placed before 1:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) from Monday to Friday. For orders placed after 1:00 PM GMT on Friday until Sunday, they will be shipped starting from the next business day, which is Monday of the following week.

Free Delivery is offered to destination addresses within Mainland UK only.
